- Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience, ensuring a positive and compassionate interaction with patients, families, and medical personnel.
- Assess and evaluate patient conditions, utilizing the nursing process to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Graduate from a state-accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license required.
- For Staff Registered Nurse positions, prior employment experience in the appropriate clinical setting is preferred.
- Must have current, unencumbered R.N. license to practice in the State of Michigan.
- Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of a minimum of two years of college-level training in nursing, BSN preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Analytical ability to assess and evaluate patient conditions and utilize the nursing process.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work cooperatively within the framework of the nursing team.
- Ability to perform effectively and efficiently under pressure and stressful critical situations.
