About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop strong bonds with seniors and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living and attending to individual care needs.
  • Notify Management of Changes: Inform management of any changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service.
  • Life Enriching Activities: Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Work with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies.
  • Dining Services: Respond to the dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
Qualifications
  • Dedication to Serving Seniors: Demonstrate a passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Possess a positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties, and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Education and Certifications: High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations. In states where appropriate, must maintain certifications.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
