About the Role:

As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering frozen foods to customers' homes while building strong relationships and driving sales growth. You will work independently as part of a team, receiving hands-on training and coaching to ensure your success. With a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and sales performance, you will be an integral part of our team and play a key role in achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver frozen foods to customers' homes while providing exceptional customer service
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and retention
  • Work independently as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop sales and customer service skills
  • Ensure safe and efficient delivery of products to customers

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must meet Federal DOT eligibility requirements, including appropriate driver's license and medical certification
