Job Overview:
The Quality Assurance Inspector plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our products by conducting thorough audits of both incoming and outgoing items. This position involves assessing products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute comprehensive inspection processes, including:
    - First article inspections
    - In-process evaluations
    - Receiving inspections
    - Final product assessments
2. Utilize statistical process control (SPC) methodologies and Gage R&R techniques (preferred but not mandatory).
3. Familiarity with AS 9100 and ISO 9001 documentation is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates possessing experience in a precision machining environment.
- Proficient in the use of dimensional measurement tools such as micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and a solid understanding of GD&T principles.
- Previous experience with both contact and non-contact metrology equipment is a plus but not a requirement.
