Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding member service by greeting and thanking each customer, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, checkout lanes, and surrounding areas.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide exceptional member service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
