We are in search of a compassionate and skilled Therapist to become an integral part of our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest and/or experience in supporting individuals facing challenges related to eating disorders, substance use, behavioral health, gender identity, and gender dysphoria.

Our organization prides itself on fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. We offer flexible scheduling options to suit your lifestyle and maintain manageable caseloads to promote quality care and a healthy work-life balance.

Sample Schedule: 3-10 hour days onsite and 1-10 hour day working remotely; options for consecutive or split days.

Compensation: Salary range of $54,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience, plus a retention bonus of $15,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
  • Address co-occurring issues such as substance use, anxiety, and depression
  • Provide support for clients navigating gender identity and gender dysphoria
  • Act as a liaison with families and outpatient providers
  • Participate in admissions, discharge, and aftercare planning
  • Facilitate therapeutic meal support while modeling a healthy relationship with food
  • Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique circumstances

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field
  • Commitment to delivering inclusive and compassionate care
  • Prior experience in higher levels of care, eating disorders, and/or addictions is advantageous
  • License eligibility is required
