MEP Superintendent Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Superintendent to lead our construction projects in Miami. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

* Supervise and coordinate the work of the MEP trades to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality installations
* Review and understand all contract documents, including plans, specifications, and shop drawings
* Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract documents and applicable codes and standards
* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop effective strategies for completing MEP portions of projects
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure correct and safe installation
* Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

**Requirements**

* Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Superintendent or similar role in the engineering industry
* Proven experience as a finishing superintendent with strong understanding of MEP systems
* Excellent leadership and management skills with ability to supervise and motivate a team
* Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards related to MEP systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving skills with ability to quickly resolve issues or conflicts
