Caregiver for Seniors

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
• Encourage residents to maintain their independence and participate in activities and meals.
• Document the delivery of quality care and maintain accurate records.
• Follow infection control and safety policies and guidelines.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in healthcare or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
