Catholic Social Services of the Diocese of Scranton is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SAAU Caseworker to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing assessment and intervention services to adolescents and their families.

• Comply with Catholic Social Services policies and procedures, and established regulations.
• Maintain consistent and positive connections with contract providers and other community agencies.
• Provide direct case management duties, including advocacy and/or supportive services to individual clients and their families.
• Obtain information from Luzerne County Children and Youth on clients, clients' families, and significant others necessary for the identification of social, economic, emotional, health or physical problems.
• Assist clients in obtaining a wide variety of services and/or treatment.
• Work cooperatively with other social service agencies, courts, Children and Youth, medical facilities, etc. in planning to meet the needs of clients.
• Meet formally weekly or biweekly with direct supervisor to discuss program cases, etc.
• Perform related duties as requested or assigned.
• Ensure that all documentation is completed professionally, effectively, and in a timely fashion to be reviewed by immediate supervisor.
• Undergo an evaluation of job performance on a yearly basis.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the Human Services/Social Work field.
• At least three years of direct case management services experience.
