Job Details

This role offers a base salary of $85,000 per year, with additional commission based on performance. As a Construction Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team of construction professionals, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Oversee and coordinate a small team of construction professionals, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
  • Management: Actively pursue and follow up on construction leads to secure new projects and maintain a robust project pipeline.
  • Estimation and Quotation: Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and quotes, balancing client expectations with company profitability.
  • Oversight: Monitor ongoing projects to ensure they meet quality standards, stay within budget, and comply with safety regulations.
  • Client Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Time Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
  • Background: Proven background in the construction industry, with hands-on experience in project management and team supervision.
  • Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management software.
  • Education: A degree in construction management, project management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry is acceptable.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000, plus commission based on performance.
