Job Summary
The Natomas Unified School District is seeking qualified candidates for various coaching positions at Leroy Greene Academy. As a coach, you will be responsible for leading and guiding student-athletes in the development of their skills and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement coaching strategies to enhance student-athlete performance
- Provide guidance and support to student-athletes in their academic and athletic pursuits
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements
- 2 years of coaching experience
- Organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- CPR/First Aid certification and current TB test
- Fingerprinting clearance for the District
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with students of various age groups and skill levels
- Ability to teach skills and drills at the designated school level
- Strong organizational and time management skills
