About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Full-Time Insurance Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs to provide personalized insurance solutions.
  • Sales Expertise: Utilize your exceptional sales skills to drive revenue growth through property, casualty, life, health, and annuity insurance products.
  • Strategic Account Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to build strategic partnerships.
  • Mentorship and Training: Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements:
  1. Active Property & Casualty License and Life, Health, & Annuities License.
  2. $150,000 in new business premium written within 12 months.
  3. 15 issued and paid life insurance policies within 12 months.
