Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily construction activities at work sites;
  • Managing small to medium-sized projects autonomously;
  • Driving cost-effective project management techniques and strategies in the field;
  • Maintaining project schedules and addressing issues as they arise;
  • Conducting basic project interviews;
  • Maintaining a safe and accident-free job site;
  • Having authority to hire and fire internal employees and subcontractors;
  • Initiating and managing RFI's, change orders, and other documents;
  • Providing direction and managing subcontractors and internal employees;
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A one-year certificate from college or technical school;
  • 5-10+ years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • GC or CMA experience is preferred;
  • Developing verbal and written communication skills, including effectively communicating with internal and external customers;
  • Basic computer/tablet proficiency;
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing exemplary customer service;
  • Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals;
  • Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures;
  • Ability to possess and maintain an exceptional work ethic and uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
