BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Enola, Pennsylvania. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote clients' health and independence.
- Provide education and instruction to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities.
- Accurately document client care management and services provided.
- A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
