We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care North America. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor patient care technicians and other nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to facility policies.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current licensure in the state of employment.
- Current CPR BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nephrology nursing, with a strong background in hemodialysis care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
