Job Title: Dauber Operator

We are seeking a skilled Dauber Operator to join our team at National Novelty Brush Company.

Job Summary

The Dauber Operator is responsible for operating machines in the department and ensuring the overall quality of daubers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dauber machines to produce high-quality products.
  • Measure daubers to ensure they meet specifications using a steel rule.
  • Make boxes as needed and check weights of full boxes.
  • Responsible for overall quality of poly, cotton, or wool heads, wire, and feet.
  • Notify mechanic if machine issues arise.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • 6 months+ related experience in manufacturing preferred.
