LD Supervisor


The LD Supervisor is responsible for overseeing various management, organization, and planning activities to ensure optimal performance in the warehouse's storage and distribution operations.

  • Develop and implement warehouse protocols to achieve operational efficiency and meet client demands.
  • Conduct inventory audits and generate reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local and state regulations related to the sale and handling of alcoholic beverages.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding the receipt of goods, managing credits for damaged or incorrectly labeled items, and maintaining inventory control. Accurately manage purchase logs, submit invoices promptly, and ensure appropriate costs are recorded.
  • Engage in effective communication with suppliers, clients, and purchasing agents.
  • Safely operate warehouse machinery to perform tasks such as loading, unloading, picking, stocking, and staging, as well as driving company vehicles for goods transportation.
  • Organize stock in designated areas and accurately pull quantities to fulfill customer orders.
  • Load delivery vehicles systematically according to drop-off locations.
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
  • Ensure the facility's safety, security, organization, and cleanliness.
  • Provide coaching and management to warehouse staff.
  • Maintain the upkeep of company vehicles to guarantee reliability and safety.
  • Ensure that all new hires receive comprehensive training aligned with company standards and understand their expected responsibilities.
  • Build and sustain relationships with on-premises accounts.
  • Comply with all transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehouse and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems and think critically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Capability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possession of a valid Texas Driver's License.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to safely operate warehouse equipment as necessary.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse setting with concrete flooring and varying temperatures.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, climb, and lift over 50 pounds during shifts.
