Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Speech Therapist to provide high-quality speech therapy programs within our healthcare system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and be able to implement effective treatment plans to improve or enhance functional communication skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and conducting speech-language therapy programs, implementing physician referrals, performing evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and directing patient treatment. They will also have the knowledge of human growth and development through the lifespan of the patient and be able to meet the needs of and provide care to these patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and conduct speech-language therapy programs
  • Implement physician referrals and perform necessary evaluations
  • Establish appropriate treatment plans and direct patient treatment
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of human growth and development through the lifespan of the patient

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
