Welder Specialist

United Infrastructure Group, Inc. is a leading transportation construction company in the southeast with a rich history of delivering successful projects. We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

The Welder will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and products, including Overhead Bridge Cranes, according to job orders, blueprints, and verbal instructions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in using welders, cutters, and shapers, as well as a strong understanding of trigonometry, material properties, and fabrication techniques.

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and products, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop layout and plan the sequence of operations, applying knowledge of trigonometry and material properties.
• Set up and operate fabricating machines, including welders, punches, flame cutters, and drill presses.
• Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication and assembly process to ensure high standards are met.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Legally eligible to work in the US.
• Open to working different shifts if needed by the project.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite every workday.
• Willingness to travel for project requirements.
