Key Responsibilities:

• Create an environment where customers feel valued and supported
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers, serving as a subject matter expert
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders as needed
• Stay aware of the competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors
