We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate OBGYN physician to join our team at AdventHealth Central Florida. As a midwife, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform routine gynecological exams and procedures, including IUD insertion and removal, endometrial biopsy, and contraceptive implant insertion and removal
- Participate in on-call rotations, including labor and delivery call, OB triage, and deliveries
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Master's degree in Nursing with Midwifery Certification
- Certification of Nurse Midwifery (CNM) program accredited by American College of Nurse Midwives (ACNM)
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- 2+ years of experience in midwifery, with a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction
