Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Plumbing Department's financial performance and accountability.
  • Inspire and train a team of plumbing professionals.

Qualifications:
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with occasional Saturday shifts.
  • A minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing regulations is essential.
  • Journeyman plumbing certification is preferred.
  • Exceptional plumbing skills with a willingness to assist service technicians as necessary.
  • Capability to handle service calls or provide field support when required.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, effective management capabilities, and a friendly demeanor.
  • A sense of humor is valued.

  • Experience with Service Titan software is advantageous.
