Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000-$300,000, depending on experience and location. FT providers are eligible to participate in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance plans are paid for by the company, 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company match, Paid holidays and time off, Continuing Education reimbursements, Reimbursements for associated licenses, certifications and professional dues such as ADA and/or AAPD memberships.

Job Description

As an Orthodontist at Pippin Dental & Braces - a Benevis company, you will contribute to creating happy smiles in the community by providing high-quality orthodontic care primarily to children and young adults. You will work in a supportive, team-oriented environment, utilizing advanced technology and resources to ensure excellent patient experiences. The position also emphasizes professional growth, community involvement, and a mission-driven approach to dental care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic Program, Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure, Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
