Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Dynamics ATS Organic. As a Fabricator, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate precision engineered structures and machinery from scratch, utilizing custom and prototype builds, assemblies, and fabrication techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, 3D CAD drawings, and troubleshoot build issues to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Assess and determine the most appropriate equipment and methods to fabricate with, ensuring optimal results and minimizing waste.
• Operate a variety of shop tools and machinery, including shears, presses, saws, drill presses, grinders, cutting torches, manual mills, and lathes.
• Use precision measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges, to ensure accurate measurements and quality control.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve build issues and improve production processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, including MIG welding, and ability to operate a variety of shop tools and machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
