Job Summary:
Snapx is seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team in the Patient Care Unit 15. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care, and assessing and coordinating patients' discharge planning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Assess and coordinate patients' discharge planning needs to ensure a smooth transition to home or other care settings.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience in Medical Surgical nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
