Job Overview

Are you passionate about crafting exquisite beverages and providing exceptional service? We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our vibrant team at Doubletree by Hilton Omaha Southwest. In this role, you will engage with guests in a lively atmosphere, showcasing your creativity through a diverse array of cocktails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, while ensuring adequate glassware is available.
  • Process payments, manage tabs, and accurately record daily sales using the point of sale system.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including wines, beers, liquors, and specialty cocktails.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including restocking and maintaining cleanliness of the bar area.
  • Verify the legal drinking age of patrons to comply with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
