About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and service-minded individual to join our team as a Breakfast Server at Sofitel. As a key ambassador for our Breakfast restaurant, Chez Colette, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and explain the menu
  • Take food and beverage orders and serve food and beverages
  • Maintain current knowledge of all menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
  • Train as a server for Chez Colette and Liberte
  • Exercise good judgment and intuition to anticipate guests' needs
  • Take initiative to connect with guests, inquire about their experience, and ensure their satisfaction
  • Be empowered to lead operations and address guest feedback
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be knowledgeable about our menu offerings and be able to provide exceptional service to our guests.
