We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Bel-Aire Quality Care in Newport, VT. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the overall success of our nursing unit.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that patient care delivery is consistent with our organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, and performance evaluation, to ensure the effective operation of the nursing unit.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- A competitive hourly rate of $44.00.
