Job Title: Registered Nurse - Inpatient Behavioral Health

At AllHealth Network, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Behavioral Health team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and supporting their recovery journey.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse - Inpatient Behavioral Health will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, a passion for working with individuals with mental health conditions, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient goals, needs, and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably in an inpatient setting.
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
