We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Coordinate and supervise all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Direct and motivate field personnel to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with project stakeholders, including project managers, administrative staff, and clients.
- Scheduling: Create and update project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews.
- Reporting: Complete daily reports and timesheets to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Meetings: Attend meetings on and off-site as directed by project managers or senior leadership.
- Safety: Promote and enforce safety practices and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing projects.
- Skills: Familiarity with OSHA regulations, ability to read and evaluate blueprints and contract documents, and experience with construction-related software.
- Qualifications: Proven leadership skills, ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and mid-to-high rise experience.
