Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team as a NAPA brand ambassador. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver parts to customers across the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
  • Pick up parts from vendors, ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining store delivery trucks according to safety checklists.
  • Safely operate a vehicle while driving and delivering parts.
  • Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by meeting customers during deliveries and building long-term relationships.
  • Maintain store delivery trucks through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicles are clean, and basic maintenance is performed (e.g., correct tire pressure).

Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area.
  • Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves when necessary, and stamina to stand and walk for entire work shifts.
  • Clear speaking and attentive listening skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately.
  • The ability to maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made.
  • Able to inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and people.
