Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to fill a Telemetry position in Glens Falls, New York.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel Nurse RN in Telemetry. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Telemetry setting.
- Current RN licensure in the state of New York.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
