Caregiver Specialist

AbaCares Services is a leading provider of in-home care services, seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Specialist to join our team. Our Caregiver Specialists play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients in their own homes. Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist with daily living tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Monitor clients' condition and report any changes to our care team.
Follow individualized care plans and service plans to meet clients' unique needs.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided. Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving or direct care role preferred
• Ability to carry out directions, read, and write
• Maturity and ability to handle the demands of the job
• Sympathetic attitude towards caring for the sick and elderly
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Pass a background screening and obtain required clearances
