Blue Gems ABA is a leading provider of in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to join our team of experienced BCBAs and therapists.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments, to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Design and implement positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans, tailored to the individual's needs, using evidence-based methods and tools such as VB-MAPP, the Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS), and Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales-III.
- Supervise and train ABA technicians, ensuring they implement and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans.
- Train parents, caregivers, and ABA technicians on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to ensure seamless implementation of treatment plans.
- Graph data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide routine progress summaries to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and write behavioral positive behavior support plans.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between assignments.
- Experience working with children, teens, and young adults with autism.
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (full-time) or $80 - $100 per hour (part-time).
