Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at AutoZone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial sales growth and developing strong relationships with our commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve commercial sales growth targets
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with commercial customers through regular communication and face-to-face interactions
  • Ensure efficient delivery of products by planning delivery routes and managing drivers
  • Act as a consultative partner to commercial customers by maintaining expert knowledge on automotive parts and industry
  • Maintain accurate records and billing for commercial accounts
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by ensuring AutoZoners are implementing safe practices and following proper accident and claim procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts
  • Effective leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs
