Role Summary:

ITC Defense is seeking a skilled Counterintelligence Analyst III to join our team within the Counterintelligence Division. This role is pivotal in executing CI functions, including investigations, operations, collection, analysis, and production. The analyst will work to identify, assess, and counteract foreign intelligence threats, sabotage, espionage, and terrorist activities targeting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and its assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver CI support for MDA conferences and various off-site events.
  • Assist in MDA Research, Development & Acquisition (RDA) programs.
  • Contribute to Missile Defense System (MDS) deployment initiatives.
  • Engage in CI investigations and operational activities.
  • Participate in the CI Awareness and Reporting (CIAR) initiative.
  • Support CI research, analysis, and production efforts.
  • Facilitate Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) and ensure compliance with Telecommunications Electronics Materials Protected from Emanating Spurious Transmissions (TEMPEST) standards.
  • Collaborate with the Cyber Forensics Laboratory (CFL).
  • Oversee operations management and CI Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) operations.
  • Execute analytical tasks as directed.
  • Develop and apply analytical tools and methodologies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Formal CI training with certification to USD/I approved standards.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in missile defense or DoD-related programs.
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams in problem analysis and resolution.
  • Proficient in providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Skilled in executing analytical tasks using established techniques.
  • Capable of developing and utilizing analytical tools for both technical and administrative support.
