You'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Restoring vacated apartments to 'make ready' status according to the manager's schedule.
  • Performing work orders as assigned.
  • Maintaining pool facilities, including chemical readings and adjustments.
  • Operating equipment like power washers, blowers, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
  • Maintaining grounds by removing debris and trash.
  • Reporting supply needs to the Service Manager or Property Manager.
  • Being on call for after-hours emergencies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year general maintenance or property management experience.
  • Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience.
  • CPO Certification preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
