Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our community at Five Star Senior Living. As a LPN, you will use your clinical expertise to ensure all residents receive high quality, efficient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Support residents with medication management, including taking medication, opening containers, and observing residents taking medication
  • Reposition residents in bed and escort them around the community
  • Provide emotional support and serve as a source of comfort for residents and their loved ones
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Associates degree or higher, focused on advancement into medical services, or similar, preferred
  • CPR/First Aid Certification desired (unless required by the State)
  • Valid, unrestricted LPN certification or State/Local equivalent required
