Job Summary

North GA Autism Center is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one behavior therapy services to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans crafted by the BCBA to promote positive outcomes for clients.
  • Capture detailed data on client progress with accuracy and enthusiasm.
  • Deliver high-quality one-on-one behavior therapy services with passion and dedication.
  • Collaborate closely with the BCBA and team members to drive successful treatment outcomes.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards at all times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
  • Ability to pass a background check with flying colors.
