Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure precision alignment and repeatability of robotic systems.
- Operate various machine shop equipment, including lathes, grinders, saws, and forklifts, as well as related welding tools.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter and oil changes, greasing units, and precision cleaning of equipment.
- Diagnose electronic issues with actuators and sensors across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic functions.
- Utilize equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and computers for diagnostics.
- Develop and implement improvements to PLC programs as necessary.
- Apply knowledge of hand tools, machine tools, and troubleshooting equipment.
- Maintain a working knowledge of servo-hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
- Read blueprints and understand electrical schematics, industrial electricity standards, and safety regulations.
- Understand electrical switch devices in relation to PLC controllers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PLC programming, including AC/DC circuits and motor wiring.
- Understand hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, and safety protocols.
