CT Imaging Specialist Job Overview

The CT Imaging Specialist plays a crucial role in conducting computed tomography examinations on patients across diverse environments. This includes gathering patient medical history, clarifying procedures, administering contrast agents, and expertly operating CT imaging machinery. The specialist is also responsible for executing standard imaging procedures, performing biopsies, and conducting other specialized examinations as required. Furthermore, they provide essential departmental support through rotating shifts and mentor team members and students.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Radiologic Technologist with expertise in advanced imaging technologies and equipment. They must comply with continuing education standards and possess a valid CPR certification.
