Radiology Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures under the supervision of a qualified physician. Your primary goal will be to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases by conducting procedures according to department protocols and adhering to established radiation safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures with precision and accuracy
- Provide direct patient care for all ages of patients, ensuring a safe and respectful environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a positive work environment
- Adhere to hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines
- Maintain current knowledge in present areas of responsibility through self-education and ongoing educational programs
- Vocational/Technical Degree in Radiologic Technology
- 0-1 year of experience working in a Radiology department in a hospital environment (preferred)
- Certified Radiography (R)(ARRT) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
- Standing: Frequently within shift (34-66%)
- Walking: Continuously within shift (%)
- Sitting: Occasionally within shift (1-33%)
- Bending/Stooping: Continuously within shift (%)
- Twist at waist: Frequently within shift (34-66%)
- Pushing/Pulling: Continuously within shift (%)
- Lift/carry > 20 lbs with assistance: Occasionally within shift (1-33%)
- Reaching above shoulder: Frequently within shift (34-66%)
- Lift/carry > 50 lbs with assistance: Occasionally within shift (1-33%)
