Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room First Assistant Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA Florida Northside Hospital. As a key member of our surgical team, you will provide clinical expertise to ensure high-quality, efficient care for our patients in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of intra-operative patients
- Provide clinical expertise to ensure high-quality, efficient care for patients in a surgical environment
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited by CAAHEP (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs) and the State of Florida Surgical Assistant Program, or Medical School Graduate, or Allied Health professional having completed 2250 hours surgical rotation
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
