Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Harbor Place Port St. Lucie. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving our community's sales efforts, assisting in the design and execution of our marketing plan, and reaching occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure leads database is accurate and current
  • Ensure waitlist is accurate and current
  • Conduct demographic analysis to determine highest concentrations of prospective residents in local market
  • Assist in planning, developing, executing, driving, and evaluating community's strategic marketing plan
  • Track new residents to determine where they resided before moving into community
  • Cultivate relationships with referral sources
  • Meet or exceed goals (i.e., sales calls, tours conducted, inquiry follow-up, move-ins)
  • Closes the sale effectively with prospective residents and families
  • Increases awareness of the community and Century Park in the local community at large
Requirements
  • BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of (1) one year successful sales experience with senior living preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation, be willing and able to travel if necessary
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license in current state with satisfactory driving record per Century Park standards
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
