Geosteering Geologist Job Description

Columbine Logging is seeking a highly skilled Geosteering Geologist to join our team. As a Geosteering Geologist, you will play a vital role in the interpretation of the E&P drilling process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret geological data to inform drilling decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve drilling goals
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of well site drilling operations
  • Provide technical advice to clients on current and future projects
Requirements:
  • B.S. or M.S. in Geology or related field
  • Prior experience using Star Steer software preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-stress environment
