We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Custodian to join our team at Outlets at Barstow. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of our common areas and parking lot.

• Maintain Cleanliness and Appearance: Ensure all common areas, including public restrooms and parking lots, meet our high standards for cleanliness and appearance.
• Cart Management: Ensure the cart is fully stocked at the beginning of each shift.
• Support to Maintenance Staff: Provide assistance to the maintenance staff as directed by the Operations Director.
• OSHA Compliance: Perform all duties according to OSHA-established health and safety standards.
• Customer Service: Assist customers as needed, maintaining a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude.
• Safety Procedures: Maintain a working knowledge of all safety procedures established for the Center.
• Clean Work Area: Maintain a safe and clean work area in all custodial storage areas.
• Emergency Procedures: Ensure complete working knowledge and familiarity of all Center Emergency Procedures.
• Special Projects: Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.

• Education: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)
• Experience: No experience necessary
