Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Medical Oncology Unit at Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, MT. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including cancer and related symptoms.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Montana Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience.
