**About the Role**
Warm Hearth is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Dining Server to join our team at Showalter Center, a standalone assisted-living community. As a Dining Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their dining experience is warm, welcoming, and satisfying.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet residents upon arrival and serve them in a timely manner
- Assure the dining room is cleaned and stocked
- Wash and sanitize dishes and equipment
- Handle food in a safe and sanitary manner according to local and state guidelines
- Communicate suggestions from residents to managers
**What We Offer:**
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including company-paid ServSafe certification and CPR/FA, uniforms, and work shoes. Our competitive starting rate is $12 per hour, with a variety of day, afternoon, and evening shifts available. FT employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire, while PT employees earn two weeks of PTO per year and have access to 3 days (24 hours) of PTO upon hire. Additionally, we offer free meals for each shift worked and access to our state-of-the-art fitness center and saltwater pool.
