Commission: Benefit from our uncapped commission structure, providing substantial earning potential based on your sales performance. Our top performers typically earn an additional $1-$2 per hour in commission.
Total Average Earnings: With our competitive base rate, lucrative bonuses, and uncapped commission structure, our Assistant Managers typically earn an average total annual compensation ranging from $38,000 to $46,000, depending on individual performance.
