The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and provide expert legal advice. Key qualifications include:
  • Licensed Attorney (State of Michigan)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in law
  • Familiarity with corporate law and finance
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Counselor will be responsible for:

  • Advising clients on corporate and financial matters
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
  • Representing clients in court and dispute resolution
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
